To qualify for placement, applicants must:

have a reliable source of income or means to cover monthly rent

be fully capable of managing their own daily living and personal care needs

be a single individual (our facilities are unable to house couples or families)
Required Documents
The following documents must be valid:

driver's license or passport

social security card

proof of income
